Exchange Terms

Exchanges are accepted within 7 working days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all

original tags and packaging intact. A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Eligible Items

Exchanges can be made for a different size, colour, or style, subject to availability.

Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Process

To arrange an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp +94 74 351 9345 within 7 working days of receiving your order, along with your receipt or order number.

Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 7 working days.

Additional Notes

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to quality checks, and items returned outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.
