Welcome to Nayani's official online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.
1. General
Nayani is a registered clothing brand based in Sri Lanka. These Terms apply to all online transactions made via our website and may be updated periodically without prior notice.
2. Product Information
We strive to display product descriptions, prices, and images as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Availability is subject to change.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.
We accept major online payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where applicable).
Orders will only be processed upon successful payment authorization.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available islandwide within Sri Lanka.
Standard delivery times are 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Any delays due to courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Customers must notify us via email or WhatsApp before sending items back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are not issued unless in the case of a defective or unavailable item. In all other cases, exchanges or store credit will be provided.
Note: Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order will be processed and shipped.
8. Custom Orders
Customized or altered items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless faulty.
9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected during checkout is used solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Nayani and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nayani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or purchase of products.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
